How I can remove a product via UUID?

If you sent a full perm item to someone as a gift, then it now belongs to them.  You can't reach into someone elses inventory and delete products that they now own.

Obviously only LL would be able to remove something from the database & If you are a basic member I would say the chances are low to zero.

You could try to not let this one bother you and focus your time and energy on creating something even better than the one you gave out full perm.
