Are you certain you need so much?  But yes, you are likely hitting the upper charge limit LL uses to prevent fraud.  You will have to manually go into your account settings and increase your monthly spending limit.

30 days after you start Trading your limit should be $2500, as you say yours is $30 I assume thats your first trade on Lindex.
