I've been having this problem where the Legacy Hud won't load the style tab, I've contacted support and have gone though the options to enable media but still the style tab won't load. I noticed a error in the media tab of firestorm viewer while trying to load the style tab on the Hud, I showed this to the firestorm support group but still no one can help so I've posted here to see if anyone else may have been having the same problem or may know a solution?

Thanks :)

I've tried this, it just keeps saying loading your styles, idk what else to try, thanks for your reply :)

This is the error message https://gyazo.com/3cb787ee0be1a9c4989c8742060c3396

That is not an error message, that is he code of the page it tries to load.
Is your antivirus perhaps blocking parts of the viewer, like dullahanhost, slplugin, etc?

I can see them running in the task manager.

What you should try and do is add whatever viewer(s) you are using to your antivirus whitelist. In Prefs > sounds & media > media click "manage media sites" check that you haven't blocked any domain relating to TMP Meshbody as that will prevent you from accessing all the areas of the legacy body HUD that require media enabled

I've just tried this and it didn't work, there where no blocked sits in the manage media sits. Thanks for your reply :)

From the Legacy Support website:

Quote

If you're using a firewall, please make sure you allow dullahan_host.exe.

Still can't get media to work? Try this:

Delete corrupted prefs in Firestorm
- In Windows > /Users/"username"/Application Data/Firestorm/user_settings/
- In Linux > /home/"username"/.firestorm_x64/user_settings/
While logged out, delete everything inside the folder. Then log back in.

This has happened to me on mine a few times. Unfortunately the only way I was ever able to fix it was to redeliver and use a new copy of the body.

I have no idea why it happens, but it's quite annoying.

I can't get a redelivery because they use a media hud that never loads :(

If there is a in-world store, they might have a redeliver terminal there as well.
If you bought it from the marketplace there is a chance you can get a redeliver through there.
You most likely get a redeliver for the whole package, not only the hud.

I saw in the store you have to type !REDELIVER in group chat to get a redelivery.
I was there a few moments ago to get me some male demo's.
I don't know if you have to do it in the store or if it is possible all over the grid.

At the mainstore(the shops) there should be something you can click for redelivery. When you pop in, turn around and it should be something you can click up on the.. invisible wall. It says "Need a Redelivery?"

If you've tried this, then my apologies, and I hope you can get it figured out!

I just tried !REDELIVER in group chat but after adding the new contents, I'm still having the same issue.

Thanks you everyone for trying to help :)

Only thing I can think to add is trying a different, less crowded region. I will sometimes get that message when I am in area with a lot scripts/other avatars in it. It usually clears itself up once I somewhere lag free. If you are wearing any other HUDS as well, take those off.

It says loading styles and not turn on media?  When media isn't enabled, it says to enable media not loading styles.

When you're on the style section, is it blurry with an arrow in the middle?

Have you touched the arrow to open the styles?

How about trying the Second Life viewer? I always try that too, when I get trouble in SL. I have both installed, even if Firestorm is my viewer.

I've tried both viewers. Do you think this might be my service provider? (Talktalk)

I've uninstalled and reinstalled on a different drive, I'm having trouble finding Application Data, I've searched for this folder with no success.
