This is not club dancing nor is it adult dancing.

I have been performance dancing in shows for 7 years and manager in a dance group for the same amount of time. It is a huge amount of fun and a really good way to meet people.

A while ago I decided to try dance choreography myself and now after a very steep and often difficult and frustrating learning curve I am nearly ready and now need dancers.

The dance group will be called Riviera Pixel Movers and is based on Riviera Island.

I currently dance as part of Breezes Dancers with Amazon Dancers in their European timed shows and I am manager of Breezes Dancers. 

The reason for classic bodies is that it is just so much easier and reliable also mesh bodies have too many scripts in them and this can affect the dance hud. Dancers need to be able to change outfits with one click and be ready to dance again immediately and this is not reliable or possible with mesh bodies. How many times have you been somewhere and half the people are in bits with arms, legs and clothes floating around them or worse still completely naked?  I don't want people to see my dancers on stage looking like that. This does not happen with classic bodies. I am happy for you to wear your mesh head if you have one and your mesh hands, mesh feet are a requirement as our shoes are mesh. Most of the outfits are provided for you but occasionally you may be asked to buy something inexpensive yourself. If you need it I have a link for you to get free mesh feet that work with our shoes.

Due to the high cost of creating a show (animations, stage props, mesh models for outfits and textures) all tips received during a show go to cover these costs and future shows.

No dancing experience is required as training will be given where needed.

We are a UK/Europe dance group, so you will need to be available from 12 noon slt. Rehearsals and shows will probably be at 12.30pm slt and will last approximately one hour. Rehearsals will be once a week.

If this sounds like the sort of activity that you would like to be part of please come to the venue and collect an information notecard of requirements from the advertising board near the stage. This notecard also contains an application form to join the dance group. Please make sure you read the notecard fully before submitting your application!

Talk to the SL Cheerleaders. They do something very similar. Christi Charon has a choreography system to help get everyone synchronized.
