Auto open doors

So lately SL has been loading at the speed of a 56k modem. On my linden parcel in Anati the house takes forever to rez and sometimes will end up rezzing with no doors or windows. I can't see anything to click to open the door and go in. Is there a setting to make the Belliseria doors open automatically so I can at least walk into the gray cube?

Oh and BTW, yes, I have the latest graphics card drivers, yes I bought a brand new computer that can run Cyberpunk at 32 FPS, I'm on a dedicated T1 line and all my network settings have been reviewed and certified by official Linden and Firestorm connection specialists. I've subscribed to the secret Amazon cloud portal with exclusive bandwidth privilege's and paid for the use of the entire region just for testing and blocked anyone else from entering for 24 hours. So yeah that's not it. What I need is a way to suffer through the lagging we are all desperately trying to ignore that exists and is getting very very very bad.

oh and yes I've ruthed all the way down to BoM with no scripts not even a flexi lock of hair

I didn't ignore what you wrote ... You're on a T1 line, those cap out at 1.5Mbps (which is several orders of magnitude slower than broadband), fixing connection issues should be a priority.

There is no such setting.

There are no current systemic problems with SL that would make it perform so poorly (https://status.secondlifegrid.net/)

Suggest debugging your internet connection. If on Wifi, move to different location, try switching to cabled connection.

Reducing draw distance will drop the amount of stuff SL is trying to load in at the same time by a significant amount.

Not possible in Linden Homes as they are not scripted to do so and you can't change them.

Another alternative -- set your Home location or TP destination to INSIDE the house.  At least then you are already inside while waiting for everything to finish rezzing.

 

ETA:  One other option -- Set them to NOT auto-close, then click them to Open and never manually close them.

Odd concept, but no, not specifically that way.  You cannot retexture the walls. You can only re-color them with the supplied choices or custom colors using the Control panel.  

However, many merchants sell wall inserts/shells that you can buy and put into the home.  Some of those will let you texture the walls as you wish.

Note that you can set your Home location inside and create a landmark and/or set a landing point outside for guests.  You will still end up inside when you TP to HOME, but guests will still end up outside the door.

I went to Anati. There's a party house with a disco in a tent, and that was working fine. That parcel allows rezzing, and I rezzed a motorcycle and helicopter. Both rezzed quickly and worked fine. Scripts were running at 56%, with 5 avatars in the region, which is not great but not a major problem. About 5000 scripts in the sim.

Now, if that party house fills up, the sim will slow down badly. It's under moderately heavy load right now. Right now, though, Anati sim is running OK.

Oh, and I tried a garage door. That opened and closed fine.

But not automatically.  The OP wants the linden home doors to open automatically which they don't do.  Only auto close which you can turn off.

You can't, because you're just renting the house. You can't modify it.

Suburbia rarely has auto-opening doors. The whole point of Bellessaria is to replicate a bland suburbia.
