Just for to invite people to learn all about our policy...  from inside!

Unless there is someone who proves me wrong, I am the only one who offers this kind of rentals where the tenant is actually the owner..
With few words, my tenants can do everything SL provides withough asking me, or anyone else.
Same things like the premium members do!
But paying only one weeks rent!
The group I am providing has only 1 member  ( the tenant )

andf that makes it ( even if my haters dont like it )

Then perhaps you know all that so,
I will add this:

When I was a young merchant ( 30 years ago )
closing deals of several thousends of dollars as a sales director I was  ( They call it CEO these days )
I asked a famous big merchant to tell me what was the big thing a merchant should have in order to win..
He said you need 3 things...
Location, location and location!
 

It was a great advice and I had follow it all my years and I was wining always!
When I joined virtual words back in 2007,
I realise and made my own "must" for a merchant in virtuall worlds!
This "must" worked for me all these 15  years in my virtual business and made me who I am today...
And since  Times have been change , this must works for RL too these days!

So the 3 modern things a merchant needs are:
Reputation, reputation and reputation!
