It will take 45 days before you get the L$1000 bonus for becoming premium. The L$300 weekly stipend is payed out on tuesdays, so you will probably get it sometime later today (US time).

Did you check the dashboard on http://secondlife.com/ to see if the money you bought is in your balance? If you are in the viewer, try clicking the 'buy' button next to the balance on top of the viewer window. You don't have to actually buy anything - just click cancel, but it triggers an update of the in-viewer balance.

No, you can not increase the prim count on your Linden home. 117 prims is what is available for all of them. But the actual house is not included in those 117 prims, which is a bonus.

On the left of your dashboard in the account section, check Account History, this will show all US$ transactions on your account.

You should see the money that you paid for the L$ & if there is a credit balance it means that the monsy has been credited to your account as US$, which will be why you didn`t recieve the L$. Just go to https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/buy.php and buy the L$ again, it will use the credit balance on your account to pay for them.

As Luc says you should get your 300L stipend today (Tuesday) and after 45 days you will get a 1000L bonus.
