Anyone else having problems enrolling for premium membership or making account changes. It won't let me add my visa card. I'm getting error please try again later for the past 3 days. I put a ticket into today.

Is it a true Visa 'credit' card or something like a Visa bank 'debit' card?  Some of the debit cards have issues.

Best thing is probably to just call Billing:

It could be related to all that Tilia stuff going on, but I'd probably go ahead and call Billing to verify.
