Which gaming laptop do you guys recommend ?

I'm currently looking for a good gaming laptop which one do you guys recommend ?

The kind that is a desktop. Desktop computers can have bigger screens, better performance, and more upgradeability for the same cost. However, if you simply must have a laptop, the ASUS "Republic of Gamers" laptops have worked well for me in the past, for running SL. If you're mainly getting a computer for SL, you don't need the latest multicore processor or a ray tracing graphics card (Nvidia RTX serieses). Have at least 8 GB of system RAM (16 is better) and 4GB of graphics card RAM.

laptop and SL,  you best lock the fps to 30 and call it a day, mobile gpus are not going to last long with SL.

i have an asus gamers pc , fps is mostly around 80 , i am in europe 

and my laptop is now 6 years old  ,i have a cool pad under it always 

isnt a desktop also old after 6 years ????

"old" my vr rig here is from 2015 and still does everything,  even on the 980ti that's in it.
