You may have accidentally triggered the wireframe view. See if you can toggle back to normal again by typing CTRL + Shift + R (or CMD + Shift + R if you're on a Mac). If that doesn't clear it up but makes it worse, just type it again to get back to where you are now. My guess is that's your problem, though.
BTW, if that sequence doesn't work for some odd reason, open your Advanced menu (CTRL + Alt + D) [or maybe the Develop menu (CTRL + Alt + Q) in the V2 viewer] and navigate to UI >. Rendering >> Wireframe. If there's an X next to it, click it off.
