Since about 2 am 3/11 my avatar has been an orange cloud of fog. I need HELP. I cleaned my cache in game and on my computer. I have rebooted the game and my computer several times. I have even uninstalled and installed a clean version of firestorm. I NEED HELP.!!!

This is almost always a connection/network error.  Try rebooting your Modem and Router.
