Serendipity is looking for detail oriented, well organized, SL reliable, and exciting individuals that are wanting to be a part of making magic REALLY happen for every couple. Who is to say we stop there at weddings?! Any kind of party! Date Nights, Birthday Party, Rezday Party, Baby Shower, Bachelor/Bachelorette Party & much more!

Our Current positions that we're looking to fill are Servers, Sales Representatives, Wedding Coordinators, Wedding Photographers, Wedding Videographers, and Wedding Officiants!

We're hiring servers with great, creative emoting skills, dependable, and enthusiasm for our couples. Dinners are scheduled by the availability of the couples and training is included. This is a paid per booking position plus 100% Tips.

For a Sales Representative, we are looking for professional sales representatives that are efficient with details, capable of explaining multiple options to potential clients, and above all else, give great customer service. You are not expected to voice all the time, but you MUST be able to hear voice in-world and be able to type in local chat if needed. This is the only set scheduled and paid position with 100% Tips included.

In order to be a Wedding Coordinator, we ask that you are able to voice. You will delegating orders to your staff during the wedding, but also being able to communicate with your clients. You must have extreme patience, customer services, enthusiasm, and over the top professionalism. You MUST have compassion and understanding for each client to fulfill their needs from start to finish. You will be expected to perform a Bridal Consultation, a Wedding Rehearsal, and all together Wedding. This is a paid position plus 100% tips. We do offer Full Training!

For a Photographer & Videographer, It takes a person with a good eye for lighting and position to do a beautiful studio shot, exceptional editing skills, and a lot of experience taking photos. It takes an entirely different person to do shots at a wedding. You must have patience, be assertive, be super organized, and communicate well with your clients and staff. We have several highly skilled photographers and videographers on staff but there is just too many photos or video editing to work on and so little time. SO we are looking for a couple of photographers and videographers that already have the skills needed and we can just train them on how to do weddings. This is also a paid position plus 100% tips role. 

As a wedding officiant, we are looking for someone with excellent writing and grammar skills, and wonderful communication between the couple and staff. You must have compassion and enthusiasm for weddings to bring individuals together. This is a paid position plus 100% tips.
