Looking for this (power cable / twinkle light) hair accessory

Hello everyone

I'm wondering if I can ask this here? Does anyone know where to get this accessory? Not sure what it is called, sort of like a crown of maybe a power cable or twinkle lights. I saw it once on marketplace and thought, I'll get it later, but now I can't find it again and I don't remember what it is called or who made it 😕
