You have tried many things.  I just wonder when you installed different viewers if you deleted the cache file before each new install.  The cache file should be your Second Life folder.  Delete it after you have moved any chat logs you wish to keep and install afresh the veiwer of your choice.  Once you log in, wait for your inventory to completely load..COMPLETELY.  It is recommended that you do it in a quiet sim like Smith or Pooley.  Once your inventory has completely reloaded, and if you are still ruthed or a cloud, then use the folder (Katie) that I have sent you inworld and REPLACE everything with the contents of this folder.  Wait for you to rez and then rebuild your avatar with your normal hair, skin, etc.

This has worked all of the time when someone has been ruthed or unable to rez.  You must REPLACE and not ADD the contents.
