Odaks Posted March 5, 2021 Share Posted March 5, 2021 Just to confirm, this is a problem your friend is experiencing after she updated her viewer? If so, does she see any other avatars as squares? Which viewer does she use? Her system information (from her viewer's Help -> About [viewer name] -> Info tab) would help. Get her to copy/paste all of that into a post here. This is caused by the viewer rollback yesterday. Please clear the viewer's cache (Me> Preferences->Advanced->Clear Cache) to fix the issue.
