4096 Color Sims-40/40 Transforming ( 40/40 Transforming means you can take your land down to all water very deep or a high mountain 40/40. All of it or some of it. You can really have fun playing around with the land making shapes and designs whatever you want). I have my own color sim I play around with. I have owned them for a long time.  This one has a nice shape and it's the cheapest 4096 around. This is one of the historic second set of SL sims > about 2003. Come and get it only 15K. They sell for a whole lot more. See for yourself.  I will usually drop my pricing lower as days go by. I'm very sorry I cannot do that on this land I started this with the lowest price I can go hoping it will sell faster that way.

Set land for friend for 7k and brought something else. They discovered they didn't have the tier. So I set for anyone for 7k I will have to abandon soon. So it's a good deal for anyone.
