during age verification, it says the address and name don't match, when everything is correct

I filled in the blanks with all the information correct in the age verification thing, haven't moved or changed name in 18 months, but that's what it says when I click "done". Now I can't have my age veryfied. Please SL, make this easier, with less questions and stuff, if you can't verify the age of someone outside the USA, then don't put other options

Welcome to Second Life Answers. Try to use Internet Explorer which seems to be recommended in this case. If you have special letters in your language replace them with international letters.
