Talligurl
People are always coming here asking what is best. but the best for one person isnt going to be the best for someone else. How many prims you need, whether you want active nieghbors, what you want for a view, do you want a skybox or mainland, there are so many options.

You can go to my office or look at my tutorials but I don't specialize in large rentals over 4096 generally, and those few I have are taken. If you want to live in my Turkestan area, which I warn you is pretty rocky right now because I'm not done building and it's all snowy mountains, and you have your own Arabian house, you can go on a sky platform for $980/1406 prims/wk around 4096 (US $14, although I bet you can find lower out there if you look). I can't make a 6094, it's not practical as more than half of it is rented already and it's cut up. So let me ask you: 1. Why 6094? That's sort of an odd amount. The rentals tend to be in the same increments of the payments we make to Linden Lab for tier, or rent of server space. So 4096, 8192. But of course there are every conceivable sizes out there and I myself make them different sizes, sometimes merely to fit somebody's house. Is the fitting of your house the issue? If so, you may want to consider a smaller house because you will pay likely at least US $16 per month for that size, or should, if your landlord wants to meet their own tier expenses, but again, some giant companies have bulk discounts from the Lindens and charge less; some people charge less as they only want to offset their costs, and not try to make a profit. 2. Why setting the bar low for only 300 prims? 4096 has 1406 prims in it. Not every landlord passes along that prim count to you. They may provide an infrastructure of a platform, house, content, activities that they have to consider and then only give you 300 prims. I personally try to avoid rental situations like that and structure it differently but I'm in the minority. Again, is your house and furniture 300 prims and that's all you need? What is its footprint? A 4096 needs 64 x 64, tho the size can very as land parcels differ in their dimensions, sometimes as they work around Linden water, Linden roads, commons, stores, etc. 3. How do you mean Arabian? If you are up in the sky on a platform, and you have an Arabian house, which you can get from places like Minimal or Barnesworth Anubis, you have made your own Arabian look and don't need the landlord. But if you want to be down on the ground, with a look all around you the landlord supplies by creating an Arabian sim, hmm, I am trying to think. I personally only have Arabian look skyboxes on platforms, not an Arabian look sim, except for my infohub sim of Ross which itself isn't a rental, it has tutorials and Turkestan, which as I said looks like the Karakum desert right now, not what you might wish, but then, that was my intent for an educational project in the sky. I recall Anshe Chung used to have Arabian (ACS). Try there. Try searching in search/places or land for rent on the search, though it is currently broken on the regular SL viewer, with terms like "Arabian" or "Morocco" or "Islamic" and you may find some communities. 4. Consider buying abandoned land for $1/meter (4,096 Lindens is about US $16) and paying $11.99 per month premium which pays for itself in part with a 1200L stipend (US $.4.80). Then you will control your land and your look although as you can see, you are now paying more than a rental considerably.
