SynodaMae Sonnenkern
I use the convenient QUICK FILL option provided by the Marketplace as most of my newer listings have updated info about my products, customer service, etc. and I usually copy these over to newer listings and just edit or remove keywords and such as needed. I started noticing that my newer listings all show up when searching for "Panda" because the Panda Furry Mod in my store is what I've been using to "Quick Fill" and edit the newer listings. Yes it says "Panda, bear, ursine, etc." in keywords but I go in and remove those to "Rabbit, Lapine, Hare, etc." When someone searches for Panda in my store, all other newer mods that used that Quick Fill option show up as results even though there ARE NO KEYWORDS for PANDA in the keyword boxes for each listing. I have been recently flagged for "Spam" and "Misleading keywords" that are out of my control. This has been going on for some time and I had thought that by now, it would have been fixed. Have you logged a JIRA for it? https://jira.secondlife.com/

I don't currently have an MP store, but I do have an add-on installed on one of my browsers that lets me see the keywords. For quite some time now - not sure when it started - I have had listings come up in search where I could not figure out how they came up because the words I searched for are nowhere in the Title, Description, Key Words, or anything associated with the listing. Thus I'd say that others are definitely having this issue, whether or not they are aware of it.

I have never been flagged for it before, but I woke up today with 8+ items being flagged for "Spam" or "Misleading keywords" that are out of my control. I was aware of this issue but figured there was nothing I could do other than completely DELETE each listing and make new ones for every single new product.
Samara Sharkfin
4 hours ago, SynodaMae Sonnenkern said: flagged for "Spam" or "Misleading keywords" that are out of my control The issue is that by using quick fill, you also repeat the keywords in other languages, and the MP search finds those too. Here the latest replay about this: So what you need to do, is to also fix the other languages keywords. Or respectively change the way how you use quick fill. Or explained in screenshots (because i really like to shout at the screen :-) so called screenshouts ) No Panda: Panda ! That is a huge annoyance because is makes some search results so bad that people sometimes can't find what they search, find what they did not search for, and might give it up while trying. For the merchant it means that you can't use quick fill the same way anymore (since a while btw) , or you go through the other languages and replace those keywords too each time. And also, it looks like the the flagging message does still not explain at all what's up, so merchants get flagged and frustrated. (sound like a middle ages torture 🙂 There is a JIRA request to at least put a button "UPDATE other languages keywords" in the listing form. And because i have a bit of a subversive nature: You can also use the keyword in other languages to go over the allowed keyword limit in the form. 😉 Edited February 26, 2021 by Samara Sharkfin just can't make it right the first time (grammar, line feeds) 1
Artorius Constantine
Are you using a unique SKU # for each new listing you 'quick fill'? There was an issue with listings getting deleted that were created with quick fill, if the original listing was changed or deleted. That got fixed if you used a new SKU for each new listing. That (using a SKU #) "disconnected" the new quick fill listing from the original listing, it's worth a try, it may reset the keywords too, if you aren't using one just make one up. Artorius Constantine
I never did either, until the issue of missing listings started. Now it's the first thing I do after I hit the quick fill button. Haven't had any issues like that since.
