Response time to support tickets

Is it just me or is the response time ridiculously slow?

On my sim no one can rez any object, and you cant's put on clothes.   This is the second time I have had this.   I submitted a ticket the first time and it took THREE days to be answered.   This time around I submitted a ticket and it is now three days and sill no response.

Being able to rez and dress is surely one of the most fundamental services ... it seems totally unacceptable that there is no resolution to this after three days?   Makes me really question what my premium account is giving me!   Sorry for the rant.   If anyone has a solution of how to get LL to respond to a fundamental problem like this, it would be appreciated.

Hi Kimble...I am having the same problems about rezzing on my land....it seems that even though we pay for a premium account we are low priorty with ll...wish I could help

I had an issue with a mainland sim about 3 or more months ago, and they restarted the sim as soon as I got someone in live chat.

Exactly, if you ask in live chat it'll be restarted in seconds.
