Cam Chattoway
Looking for mainland... wondering about this. Are rez zones bordering your land a hassle or good for business? ArgontheDevil Ormega
Not having a business I can't say but I would think having a place where people who buy something can rez it but not add to the LI count on your own land would be a benefit. I have a rez zone next to one of my lands and it has not been a problem in the 9 years I've owned the place.
Karl Herber
As long as you keep "no public build" and "no object entry" on your own land, it shouldn't impact your business at all.
Alexis Crisp
I would say, to Karly's point, object entry would be a concern, but at the end of the day, I see no added benefit unless if you sell cars or motorcycles, where the customer could then rez their purchase and drive on LL roads, for example (assuming that rez zone is a road, or something in the water for that matter if you sold boats). I would think for a business, protected grass/mountain/water would be a larger asset, with roadside or protected water in general being one of the largest assets you could have. Good luck, hope you find the perfect place!
