As for the rest if you have RLV on, turn it off, remove all attachments and relog. If RLV is off, remove all attachments and relog. Do not wear anything you may have that was given to you by that person.

Besides the advice from Silent Mistwalker...

If you sat on something owned by, or accepted an animation request, from this person, there is a bug in the SL code that can allow them to take the permission to animate your avatar permanently. If that happens, they can then animate you without your consent, as long as you and they are in the same region. There are two actions you can take.

1. If using the Firestorm viewer, go to Avatar > Avatar Health > Stop animations and revoke permissions.
2. If that does not help, or if you're using a different viewer, go to a different region.
