Hi im looking for correct answers only so please do not be rude thankyou! im trying to contact linden labs directly, someone has filed incorrect intellectual property claims on all of my items on my store for no reason, nothing is copyrighted i would like to email them where can i get their adress or mail? Linden Research, Inc.

That address is correct but I believe most of the Lindens are working from home. Most companies in California are communicating online so going through the help pages listed by others would probably be the best way unless the Lindens are specifically telling you to send something to them.

As far as copyright, things don't have to specifically marked as copyrighted to be protected by copyright. An original work is automatically copyrighted. I just used copyright 5 times.

but no this is different someone is abusing my marketplace and reporting it with intellectual proprety when clearly i make evrything myself, like is there somewhere i can call? mail? except to that adress. i can make an ticket on abuse but this is not correct and i keep getting forwarded by mail i need help!

All you can do now is wait until LL takes action. Unless I am misremembering (or something changed) you will be able to relist your items once the counter claim has been processed and LL determines your claim is legitimate. You should also be prepared for this to go to court so that means you might want to start shopping around for an attorney.

im an student i cant afford an attorney like wdf? its my textures and my meshes and evrything i make is my ownn??? literally who has time to do this

People who are stuck at home bored out of their minds.

Sorry to drop the bombshell on you like that. If everything is of your creation (from scratch, not saying it isn't) then you have nothing to worry about. The counter claim should take care of the issue since you should have all the evidence you need on your hard drive (psd files, object files). You did need to know that if the other person wants to be an ass and throw away money to get rid of you, that's how far they will have to go. There are those who are nutty enough to do it.

yes literally i can resave my meshes and have all their files on my computer since it was ofcourse (a while) since i had made them but what erks me is that someone can sit down and have time to do this? and this is really not the first time its a stalker of mines that is following substantially every single move i do-

You need the original files, not ones downloaded from SL. 

I'm going to pass on a bit of advice that was given to me back in the early days of SL. Three simple words. Just remember PAS. People Are Stupid. People don't always stop and think before they act or insert foot into mouth. They just do and it usually turns out to be something they shouldn't have done.

Yeah there are some creepy people out there...sadistic...they just want to cause trouble/harm people. In your case I wouldn't doubt your trouble is coming from a competitor.
I've been pretty fortunate in that most of my customers have been lovely....but every once in awhile I can run into some asshat. I used to let it ruin part of my day, but now I just do the steps to remedy the situation as best I can (block them, take out a support ticket if need be) and move on. Just the day before yesterday some crazy person was trying to make me gift a couple of his alts a quarter sim build of mine he bought, and so not only was he constantly emailing me but his "alts" (I suspect they were actually his friends) kept messaging me constantly too. Got them all blocked and moved on...wasn't more than a short little annoying blip in my day.

I really feel for you though...having your whole store taken down!  Now that would certainly be a stress test for me..

* I see your store is still there...did they change this so that the store isn't taken down anymore?

So you have received official notification from Linden Lab that someone has filed a DMCA against you?

No, it isn't.

I checked your store and see that nobody has left any negative reviews related to copyright infringement or anything else. (Although I think that selling colored cubes for $L150 indicates you've got more than your share of chutzpah.) If someone has filed a DMCA notice against you, follow the advice given previously about filing a counter-claim.

I think an intellectual property claim is filed directly through LL so wouldn't have anything to do with the review process @ the Marketplace..

Sounds more like someone said something to someone else and it's all a bunch of hot air.  A person can claim whatever they'd like but LL asks for actual proof of what someone is claiming.

 a statement under penalty of perjury, that all the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner (or, if you are not the copyright owner, then your statement must indicate that you are authorized to act on the behalf of the copyright owner)
