You can create a thread in the Adult section, but the rules for pictures are the same as anywhere else in the Forums -- No genitals and no female nipples.  Every now and then, even a nude backside pic will get pulled.

They've been a bit lax in moderating though.  There's an ad here with the F word and a few others that shouldn't be there.
