What happen if I'm getting stalked by someone. and using sex hud without consent! can i report if there's problem persists?

Yes, you can report stalking, but it's not likely that it will do much good.

As for animating you without your consent, there are a couple of possibilities.

1. You have enabled RLV and are wearing a collar or other RLV Relay device. RLV is a consensual system in which you can allow another avatar to control you. It's not supported in the standard SL viewer, but most third party viewers have RLV capability. If you've enabled RLV, then turn it off in your viewer's Preferences, then log out and log back in.
2. You were tricked into giving your permission to an animation, and that permission was permanent. If that happened, the other person can animate your avatar any time both of you are in the same region. Go elsewhere. If you're using the Firestorm viewer, try Avatar > Avatar Health > Stop Animations and Revoke Permissions

You have other tools you can use to combat a stalker. Use Mute/Block to stop receiving chat, IMs or inventory offers from them.  If you have your own land, ban them from the land. Do not respond or communicate with a stalker in any way. If they see that they are upsetting you, it only encourages them.

RLV toys and non-RLV toys generally have a permission settings section. With RLV toys you often set the permissions in the RLV HUD/Relay separate from the toy and its HUD. It takes some thinking to know which setting where controls what.

Settings are along the lines of Everyone OK, specific people OK, ask permission, and no one OK or off. Some allow blocking specific people. Whatever your case is, it sounds like you have your RLV stuff or genitals set to everyone-OK.
