Where can i rez my deliveries safely? i dont hve a house or a friend with a house

Some stores have their own rezzing area where you can unpack your purchases. You can also go to a sandbox to unpack. I don't really know any that is safer than others since I don't often go to one.

As Luc said, you can go to a sandbox. Typing "sandbox" in search will provide you many places. Regarding if it's safe, I have often unpacked things there and never had any problem. Choose a sandbox that allows you enough time to unpack leisurely your stuff (some allow up to 6 hours before autoreturn of the objects you may forget there).
