If you look under 'education' about half of the events seem to be learning English classes.

Judging from user name "Turkish" Istanblue a vodka name took its name from Istanbul.

If you have knowledge about basic grammar and sufficient vocabulary making practice with random people while making friends best way to improve it (This is my current method of learning, I still have long way to go )
