Is it possible to create laterally flipped versions of an animation in blender-avastar?

Hello everyone.

I made an animation for a right-handed person that performs complex hand movements, from which I'd like to also create a laterally flipped (on the y-axis) animation so the animation is for a left-handed person as well. Is there a simple way to do this in blender-avastar please?

You can flip animations by copying a frame, ctrl+c, and then pasting a flipped version using shift+ctrl+v.
