Well the title says it all. I cant find anything related to my question but we run and ADULT sim and of late we are getting kid like avatars trying to get in  I would like to know if LINDEN LABS  have restrictions on height for full adult sims Please and where I might find it in text please?

There are no height requirements for Adult regions and children - even toddlers & babies - are actually allowed on Adult regions.  Under age avatars cannot be near sex items or participate in any sexual activity.  Otherwise, no real restrictions - they can even be nude.

The link to the TOS can be found at the bottom of every forum page.

@Metric HalfpintI would like to add that the absolute WORST you could do is to deny people access to your region based on some arbitrary judgement of who looks underage and who does not. Petite boobs are a thing among adults, that includes adult avatars. An young face too does not mean underage that person could be into anime. Too often adult avatars are being kicked and even banned for "looking underage" in spite of wide hips, large boobs and other clearly grown-up features.
This has never happened to me (yet?), but I know of many others who have been banned for no other reason than that the region owner/manager/officer arbitrarily decided that an avie was underage when there was little to nothing in their physical features to suggest this. So please do not be that kind of person.

Region owners do strange things. Many are overly paranoid. One region set the minimum height of avatars at 1.8m = <5'-10" or about the average height of an American woman. My RL aunt is 4-10 and 60+.

Rowan has it. The region owner pays the bill and they decide. TOS limits it only on the sex side. The Linden staff make a call in cases reported. What they and what region owners decide are personal calls and while any similarity is intentional it is also is unpredictable.

It's at the discretion of the region owner who they allow and disallow.  If you,.personally, are uncomfortable with the appearance of someone and think they do not appear to be an adult, you're within your rights to ask them to change appearance or leave.

This. That's the only guide that matters, your own judgement. Your sim, your rules. Someone doesn't like it? Let them make their case if you want to allow them to provide feedback or reasons, or tell them to go pound sand. To me (40+ years drawing and painting portraits) I base my initial "Is she underage looking" on facial structure and proportions (not height), but many more factors do enter into the equation. In the end, you decide.
