Missing inventory query

Hi, I usually have 50,000 items in my inventory, but at the moment i get 48,000 on the Standard s/l viewer and only 28,500 on the firestorm viewer. 

I have followed all the guidance in the wiki and from the general s/l firestorm support group but the inventory it still is not appearing and has been like this for 2 days now.

 

I have tried the steps in the wiki several times.

So just to be clear, you have cleared inventory cache and rebooted your modem then logged back into a low lag region?

yes I have tried that already

If you've tried the inventory recovery steps with no luck, it's time to file a support case with LL. They can sometimes fix inventory problems that residents can't cure on their own. This level of tech support requires a Premium membership. If you are not Premium, you'll have to decide if it's worth upgrading for a month to (maybe) solve your problem.
