How do I get my meshes into Second Life?

Hi I Create decor and furniture for the sims 4 and imvu and was wondering how I would go about creating for second life. 
I know how to create I just have no idea how I can import it to second life :)

I'd also advise doing some research into 'optimizing mesh for SL'.
