Paid for premium

I paid for premium and it shows on the website. However, when I use the installed version it says that i'm still a basic member. Help?

your inworld profile under Payment Info says: Payment info used

which is our status when we pay Linden for a Premium account, or pay Linden for a estate region, or buy L$ on the Lindex
