While we don’t offer smaller lands anymore full time, we do enjoy the occasional tiny challenge. Currently for small projects we are offering the following services for the following prices

Small lands less than 2,500 prims: $5,000L$ - 8,000L$ 
Linden lab premium homes: 5,500 Linden 
Small Apartments less than 1,000 prims: $5,000L
Seasonal Turnovers and previously done lands: $4,000- $20,000L
