The sim is the BOCA RATON COMMUNITY You don't have Payment Info associated with the account -- some places restrict access to those with payment info. Even if you are not on a parcel ban list, if the region uses the VooDoo system, then if you get banned from one location, it can ban you from other regions. The place is Adult and you don't have your Preferences set to allow you to go to Adult locations. That's all I can come up with at the moment. Rolig Loon Posted February 7, 2021 Share Posted February 7, 2021 Aside from Lil's observation that you don't have payment information on file (which is a good explanation), I think the most likely reason you can't get to the region is that it restricted to a select group only. You don't need to be blacklisted to have your TPs blocked. Yeah, that was my first thought. Then again, IF I was even looking for a rental, I think I'd skip right past locations that put that sort of attitude out there front and center. For me this may not be enough because I would like to get a feel of the location and the surroundings in person before I make the decision. To be honest, I also do not like such communities. They should at least offer a tour to prospective tenants if there are available homes and not shoot down anyone who is just visiting to take a look, or just remove their listing from search and restrict access to group member only.
