Help!!!!! can't launch phoenix viewer

I reinstalled windows and after instalation of phoenix viewer cannt launch it ;( says "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"

i reinstalled even tried old versions of phoenix but it stilldoesnt run ;(

maybe need to reinstall windows again or whats up please help!! before this bloody windows reinstall was everyth ok, i didnt changed anyth same drivers same progs idk why it effects only on phoenix, havent firewall on

your system likely needs MS C++ Runtime Libraries.

Phoenx help can be found through the phoenix website and inworld phoenix help groups, this really isn't the place to ask about phoenix issues.

With the latest version of Phoenix, you need to uninstall the previous version and then install the latest version. If you still find you are having login issues, and are on Windows, there is also a fix, on the Phoenix Downloads page.

 I dowloaded and istalled App Fix Download Visual Studio C++ 2005 SDK dlls from the link you gave here above

it works and everyth is ok now;)

Thank you for letting me know that this really isn't the place to ask about phoenix issues, but phoenix is one of the 3dr part vievers listed on sl page and im just a sl user who needs help of competent ppl sometimes

Have you tried asking a forum where this is actually relevant?  Like the Phoenix forums?
