I brought Linden's in world like i normal do for year's, but last night they took my money from my bank account, haven't Revised my linden's   when i logged on my dash board, Tilia asked for id so i send them my passport, but still no linden's added to my account,  how long dose it take? anyone can help me please!!!

The issue has now been resolved, so if you've still not received your L$ then - assuming that you used the Market Buy option and not the Limit Buy option - then you may need to contact Billing. If you used the Limit Buy option, please see Rolig's response in this thread.

hi Mr Skell, i was in world its self when i market buy my linden's thats where i normal buy my linden's 10 mins  in longing on Sl,, I've checked my sl dash board, i used the Market buy in world when i logged on!!

This actually happened to me once.  Check your USD balance and see if it went there.  I did an inworld purchase once, the Ls never arrived but the money was taken from my RL account.  I checked my USD account and there it was.  Under account summary from your dashboard.

The USD balance?  That doesn't show ON the dashboard but on the account tab, account summary page.  Where it says, US$ Tilia account summary

I've done a submit a  ticket. I've tried call them numbers this morning, my moblie company wont let me ring out

So that would be for you 2pm to 10pm Monday thru Friday

hello, just phoned Linden Lab, there was glitch early hours of Saturday morning with payment's, linden lab are refunding my money back, be back  in my account within 3-10 day's, thank you all for your help!!
