I thought this was going to be another forum game thing "You have one job and ..."

You can buy a region via a Support Ticket filed under "Land & Region > Order Private Region" (which is a big improvement over last Spring where there were not any new regions available to be purchased at all, while the uplift project was in progress).

Hmmm....  I'm not sure that incompetence would be the character trait that I've noticed growing to become the norm.
