Looking for House for new Rental Land

I just rented a nice mainland parcel on a lake and I need to buy a house for it. The house must be modern and open concept. Trompe Loeil makes some beauties, but the upstairs bedroom areas have walls, separate rooms, and lots of doors, so they are out.

Can anyone suggest a builder of comparable quality and Li that are modern and open?

Older Trompe properties have an open single room upstairs space, This more modern gacha property could fare well on a lake

Maven Homes Eco IV, I used to have it overlooking a lake. It is open plan except for the bedroom. If that doesn't suit you, they have a lot of other modern homes too.
