The 6150SE is actually below the recommended System Requirements although that in itself does not mean it won't work.

This Nvidia card is a motherboard GPU, in other words, integrated with the motherboard and not replaceable. What you could try doing is updating the driver from the Nvidia website. I would suggest you use Nvidia's auto detect utility to detect and download an updated driver for it. Select Option 2 on this link http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us 

Then disable Aero if you have it activated and try Second Life again.

If still no joy. you could consider installing a new discrete Nvidia graphics card and disable the 6150SE in the bios. However, you would need to check your PSU rating and see if it can handle the new card as you may have to upgrade it too. There comes a time when it makes more economic sense to replace a computer than add and upgrade components.
