weird MP problem over last 2 days...

This is a problem I have never had before in the past.  And I do use MP often times...  The picture shows the window I'm getting.  And I have cleared the cache and logged in and out several times and this window keeps coming up.

They've been doing maintenance on the MP since yesterday.
