How can I get my Island back, I had 2 heart attack and had to let it go or can I order a new island

You likely cannot get an old region back, but you can order a new one.  The land store is currently out of service, but you can get a region by submitting a Support ticket to LL

And of course you can always buy a region from some other resident.  It's often cheaper than buying one directly from Linden Lab.  Look in https://community.secondlife.com/forums/forum/284-regions-for-sale-full-private-island/ .
