Skin not applying!

So i have purchased the Genus head Baby face W001. I normally use catwa which is what ive gotten used to and been able to work with but i have been wanting to try out a new look for my avatar. well i have purchased shape and what have you and i have also purchased the {SONG} Genus applioer but for whatever reason i cannot get the skin to attach to the head i even purchased (as you can see in the screen capture) the omega system installer for genus thinking that would help but for whatever reason im just at a loss and i cant seem to find out how to fix this ..any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

If you're using an applier, make sure to turn OFF BOM on the head hud and wear a head alpha.  There should be no need for the omega if the applier is specifically made for genus.

i have check with the BOM and it is indeed off still when i go to apply skin, it applies to all aspects of the body except the head.

And as Rowan asked, be sure the skin and applier are designed for that head?

I just wanted to state that I have had similar problems with appliers (pre BOM even) and from the very same creator (not your head or skin brand) . Sometimes the skin would only apply the body skin and not the head skin when it was supposed to be applying both. Luckily these were all group gift skins so I wasn't out any money,but whyone would work fine and the next which looked just the same except for the skin it applied would not -- I never did figure out.  I suggest that you explain your problem in the group and maybe a customer service rep will have some ideas.    It could be that the skin creator made an error.
