Genus Eye Rolling - Even With Fixes

Hoping for a little help because this is driving me mad.

 

I have two Genus heads. The free one - Strong 001which I wore for almost a year with absolutely NO issues.   

I recently got the Strong W002, which I am having massive eye issues with.  The eyes start to roll around whenever I use other animations, mostly in furniture.  I sit on a chair they start rolling like crazy.  On a pose stand with photo poses.  Dancing.   *This doesn't happen if I am just standing or walking using the FS built in AO.

These are the fixes I've tried:

- Wearing other mesh eyes; AG and Catwa.  Doesn't matter.

- Disabled random eye movements (& head following the mouse setting) in Firestorm.

- Made sure all animations were turned off in the Genus hud and it's detached.  

- Tried an eye lock hud.  

- I normally use the Vista Animation face hud but only for blinking.  This eye rolling thing happens if I am wearing it or not.

 - I use the built in Firestorm AO.   For dancing I use a separate one.  

The only thing that stops this stupid eye rolling is to put on the Genus Animation hud and click "stop".  Of course that stops everything and the eye rolling starts again as soon as I detach that.

 

Please don't offer snarky advice like "use another head".  I like this one and really want to try and fix it.

Update:  I got a redelivery and that fixed the problem.

So glad to hear. My Alt has Genus. I'll have to see if that helps me too.
