Aarliana
a friend of mines has a hard time sitting down or laying in a bed. How can he fixed that issue with his avatar on the game? I'd witness it myself
Gwin LeShelle
Do you mean after he right clicked the disired sitting object (only in SL lol) he is still looking like he's sitting up (on a bed for example) maybe he has an AO on and need to turn it off before or after he sat down (~ ̄³ ̄)~

Nalates Urriah
What Alexis said... Sitting or laying down is matter of right-clicking furniture and selecting 'sit here'. Depending on how the furniture is designed and your viewer set you may see a dialog box come up asking for permission to animate your avatar. Form time to time that will come up behind another dialog in a way that hides it from you. So, if you have anything in the upper right portion of your viewer's screen, move it to see if the permission request is hiding there. The viewer has some settings that can block 'sits'. But, by default ALL viewers have that feature disabled. One has to deliberately enable it. If your friend has been trying to make his viewer more secure and changed those settings... It is very rare for one not to be using an attached AO or a built in AO. Also, we are assuming you friend is using a basic human avatar. If that is not the case, the avatar may have a built in AO or an attached HUD to control the avatar, in which case their AO may not look like what they think an AO is. Plus, non-humans often have deformers that once used mess up animations made for human avatars. I hope you get the idea there are numerous possibilities as the source of the problem. You haven't provided enough information for us to know what to tell you.
MoiraKathleen
It would also be best I think, if your friend posted here directly, so that we would be talking back and forth directly with the person having the issues. There might be something about your friend's avatar setup or viewer settings that you may not be aware of or that you may not think to ask about or to mention here. Anyone who has an SL account is able to post here. 1
