Can anyone help me with setting my preference its not letting me go certain places then it says i have to fix my preference but it will not let me

It could be because your avatar is one day old and maybe where you want to go has an age restriction...ie need to be 30 days to come here etc.

If it is a player set age limit you generally can go there and get ejected by a security system. But if you get a message you can not visit due to your preferences, you most likely have to set that you want to be able to visit adult content in your preferences.

To add on to this, if you aren't able to change your preferences to anything except General, it might be because you are not 18 in RL in which case you need to wait until you turn 18, or if you are over 18 in RL and still unable to change the preferences, you would need to contact Support to see if there is some glitch they need to clear.
