Owner sit scripts

I could have sworn I came across furniture with this before...

But I am looking for, to use with AVPos, a way to make an owner sit first.  Owner only option doesn't make much sense to me for something that's supposed to have 2 or 3 people on it, but...would be nice to not have people using my chair when I'm away, lol.

Just wanted to see if this was possible to do or if anybody had some suggestions for it 😃  Thanks

Maybe add a timer script to set PRIM_SCRIPTED_SIT_ONLY to True when when you are not in the region or within # meters?

Assuming it is one object and you don't want the object to be used unless you are sitting on it. 
Simply set a unsit() when the key is not the llGetOwner(). When the owner sits disable this function until the owner gets of the object.
