Freinds not Showing on Dashboard

My freinds list is not loading on dashboard.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Mine finally loaded, but it did spin for a few minutes before doing so.

Been having the same problem for a few days.  It spins and spins but sometimes if I got to another place on the dashboard, when I come back it's suddenly showing no one online when I know in fact they are.  Sometimes, a refresh fixes it but sometimes not.

I just had to hit refresh page maybe a couple of times at first, I also cleaned out old cookies from my PC, re-logged in and issue solved.

I've also seen it, and it seems to coincide with something I've spotted in-world, when you open a group profile to check, the list of members is often empty and remains so even after hitting the refresh button. Sounds like a back-end issue to me.
