Mesh Builder/Creator Needed!

Hi there!

We are looking to create a modern art deco inspired themed sim and would very much like to hire a great builder and designer to help us put it together. Mesh, low prim builder required. Must have previous experience with period architecture or at least understands the design elements to put together a main concert hall/club and possibly 2-3 house designs.

Seraph CIty  - before my time in SL. Closed in 2014. It's a good idea, but a tough sell. It would be good to see something like that again.

Pictures of that region can be found. Might yield some ideas.

There's some art deco on Marketplace, but most of it is old stuff from the prim era, and too boxy.

I have heard of that place before and it looks great! We are looking around for new designs and a new designer to help us create this. Thanks for the research
