Prob with BOM tatoo on Aux1

Since many days, I try to make some tattoos work on the universal Aux1 canal.. I wd like create tattoos for the new bento ***** « the P ».

It use the Aux 1 for apply the tattoo on the ***** via the HUD « apply BOM tattoo layer ». I don’t know why my tattoos look with a bad quality, with grey/white lines on edges and details.. 

i tried many different setting in Gimp.. different opacity, layers mode and dat change nothing at all.. they looks great in the software, no edges. And I work with a size of 1024. I already made tattoos for  mesh bodies and I never seen dat problem in the past..

I’m a bit lost with all dat BOM AUXs

if someone got a tricks or something..
