UI Menu Issue

Does anyone know of a solution to this issue? I have these side scrolling arrows on my build menu for scrolling between the different menu tabs. I don't have this issue on my other computer, using the same monitor and resolution and I haven't been able to figure out what the cause is.

Did you change the font size to something else other than the default?
The values in this pic are the default.

It looks like I didn't have those set as default for some reason. This has resolved the issue, thank you very much!
